Return Conditions

You have 5 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return if the product is unopened and in its original packaging.

• Return will not be accepted if the product is used or not in original condition.
• Return option is only available if the item is defective. 
• Wholesale orders have a different return policy. Check wholesale policy for relevant information. 

Return Process
Please initiate your return through our Shopify return management system. Follow the instructions provided online to process your return.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping
We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
